Return to your body. Reclaim your breath.

Remember your truth.

Group Breathwork

In community, we use the breath as a gateway to a more connected, balanced, and expansive state of being. Each person is empowered to breathe in a way that honors their own rhythm and needs in the moment.

During our sessions, you’ll be gently guided to tune into your body’s sensations and let them lead the way. I’ll offer patterns and frameworks to support your process—helping you connect more deeply to your inner wisdom and truth.

This practice is designed to help you process emotion, move stagnant energy, expand awareness, build resilience, and cultivate self-trust.

Frequently asked questions

  • Breathwork is generally very safe but there are some pre-existing conditions that may not be safe with all forms of breathwork. For example, it is not recommended to practice certain types of breath while pregnant.

For the full list of conditions that require a doctor’s signed approval to practice, see the FAQ page.

  • “Trauma-informed” is not the same as trauma therapy. It is not a way to reprocess or re-negotiate traumatic experiences. That is outside of the scope of breathwork & somatic coaching.

“Trauma-informed” is a way of holding sessions that prevents and minimizes the chances of re-traumatization.

    There are 6-pillars of a trauma-informed approach.

    1. Safety

    2. Trustworthiness & transparency

    3. Peer Support

    4. Collaboration & mutuality

    5. Empowerment, voice, and choice

    6. Historical and cultural issues

  • The impact of a breathwork session depends on a variety of factors; such as duration, pattern, and current physiological state.

Generally speaking, the more you practice, the more you will begin to connect to your breath and deepen the benefits of your practice.

I recommend committing to at least 5 sessions to receive a lasting shift.
